With the knowledge and experience reserves in the electronic components industry and the establishment and growth of the relevant quality inspection team, the overall quality requirements of our company are in the forefront of the industry. We resolutely put an end to fake and shoddy products. Our quality control system is primarily based on the following standards:

Supplier Verification

Legitimacy

Check the business license of the new supplier to prove the legitimacy of the company;

Reliability

Check authorized agent certificates of new suppliers to ensure the reliability of the product sources;

Compliance

Collect business credit certificates and industry evaluations of new suppliers to prove their compliance of the company's qualifications.

Vendor Code Management

Establish Vendor Codes for verified suppliers to manage them uniformly.

Supplier Management

Blacklist mechanism

Blacklist mechanism. Companies that provide fake goods and have bad records will be added to the blacklist of the system and all procurement persons of our company will not be allowed to place orders from these companies.

Traceability system

Traceability system. Procurement channel and supplier information for all purchased materials will be clearly recorded and relevant incoming material quality inspection results and records will be also be marked so that all materials can be tracked.

Scoring System

Determine supplier scores through purchasing records and regular surveys to assess their activity frequency and reliability.

Grading Management

Classify and manage suppliers dynamically based on dimensions such as corporate credit, number of collaborations, delivery speed, after-sales service, and responsiveness to urgent orders.

Internal Quality Inspection

Packaging and Label Inspection

Ensure the integrity of both internal and external packaging; verify the consistency and accuracy of internal and external labels; check anti-counterfeit marks; compliance verification (e.g., ROHS, MSL).

Carrier and Component Inspection

Inspect the appearance of incoming components (e.g., chip marking, pins); measure dimensions and test electrical characteristics (e.g., resistance, capacitance, inductance, voltage, current, frequency response).

Surface Chemical and Physical Testing

Perform acetone/alcohol wipes to identify original silkscreen marking (ineffective for laser printing); conduct scratch tests to determine if the component has been refurbished.

Quality Inspection Record Keeping

All test steps and supplier information are recorded and archived, ensuring traceability and availability for review.

Joint Quality Inspection

Joint Inspection Agencies

To ensure the authenticity and objectivity of quality inspections, we work with multiple third-party joint inspection agencies, such as the CECC Laboratories, White Horse Laboratories, and Foxconn Laboratories, providing more comprehensive testing services.

Testing Items

If needed,our joint laboratories can perform the following tests: X-RAY inspection,De-cap inspection, ultrasonic testing, solderability testing, electrical testing, and XRF/EDS/EDX analysis, among others.

After-Sales Service

Rapid Response

We respond to customer after-sales requests within 2 hours, promptly understanding and documenting customer needs.

Traceability System

We can trace the supplier and incoming inspection records of the material based on the specific product part number.

Professional Inspection Reports

If needed, we can provide a third-party inspection report from our joint inspection agencies.
